2. This Refund Policy ("Policy") has been provided to comply with our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Policy.2. 本退款政策（“政策”）旨在遵守我们的反洗钱和反恐融资政策。
3. This Policy governs all refunds from the Client Account to the Client's bank account. Some of the circumstances include (but are not limited to) the following:3. 本政策适用于从客户账户到客户银行账户的所有退款。其中一些情况（但不限于）包括：
A. Technical issues arising from UQFX where the Client decided not to proceed with Account registration after depositing funds.A. 由于 UQFX 引起的技术问题，客户决定在入金后不继续进行账户注册；
B. The Client has a change of mind in relation to the amount of funds deposited into the Account.B. 客户改变了有关存入账户资金数额的想法。
4. UQFX shall not refund any funds to a third party. All refunds must be made to the original bank account or payment method used for the deposit.4. UQFX 不得向任何第三方退款。所有退款必须退回到最初用于入金的银行账户或支付方式。
5. REFUND PROCESS / 退款流程
5. UQFX shall process a refund request within five (5) to ten (10) business days. The Client acknowledges that the actual time for the funds to reach the bank account may vary depending on the banking institution.5. UQFX 将在五（5）至十（10）个工作日内处理退款申请。客户承认，资金到达银行账户的实际时间可能因银行机构而异。
6. FEES AND CHARGES / 费用和手续费
6. The Client acknowledges that UQFX may deduct any bank charges, transfer fees, or administrative costs incurred during the refund process from the total refund amount.6. 客户承认，UQFX 可能会从总退款金额中扣除退款过程中产生的任何银行费用、转账费或行政成本。
7. UQFX reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the request is related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other fraudulent activity.7. 如果 UQFX 有合理理由怀疑退款申请涉及洗钱、恐怖主义融资或任何其他欺诈活动，则保留拒绝退款申请的权利。
8. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with the Client Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Client Agreement, the Client Agreement shall prevail.8. 本政策应与客户协议一并阅读。本政策与客户协议不一致的，以客户协议为准。
9. AMENDMENTS / 修订
9. UQFX reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Amendments shall become effective immediately upon publishing on UQFX's website.9. UQFX 保留随时修改或更新本政策的权利，恕不另行通知。修订自 UQFX 网站发布之日起立即生效。
